Krystine is known for her exceptional razor skills, especially in creating fun and beautiful pixie cuts that leave her clients in awe. But that’s just the beginning of her expertise.
She approaches every barbering cut with passion, and she wields a straight-edge razor with precision, accompanied by the indulgence of steam towels and the finest techniques. Krystine’s dedication to color knowledge shines through in her enthusiasm for grey blending, balayage, blonding, and fun vivid colors. She especially loves it when a challenging color correction tests her skill and knowledge.
Beyond the salon, Krystine finds joy in her role as a grandmother, cherishing every moment spent with her grandchildren. She’s a dedicated advocate for autism awareness, as well as feeling passionate for social causes, including racial equality, and gender equality, and being an LBGTQ+ ally, she feels strongly that it is important to make a difference in the lives of others.

Her journey in the industry began with a childhood dream, which was lovingly encouraged and supported by her husband. Karrilyn is closely associated with the “Texture VS Race” cause, dedicated to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in the world of hair. She believes strongly in racial justice and seeks to bring true equality to our nation.

As a seasoned professional and mentor in the industry, Eliza imparts valuable advice and teaches our budding stylists. She understands the importance of a great consultation with her clients and thrives on the ability to deliver to her clients the experience they have come to expect of her. She has a strong desire for continuous learning and growth in the ever-evolving world of the beauty industry.

Her journey to becoming a confident cosmetologist began during her high school years. Eliza always had fun styling her friends’ hair, took a leap of faith, and pursued cosmetology as a sophomore in high school, finishing the program as she started her senior year. Her determination and dedication paid off as she now serves as a manager, mentor, and now, Master Stylist at Head Quarters Salon.
Eliza’s proudest accomplishment to date is the purchase of her very own house. Through careful saving and astute financial management, she turned her dream into a reality, showcasing her resilience and determination in both her personal and professional life. Eliza is a testament to the power of passion, hard work, and the pursuit of one’s dreams in the world of cosmetology.

Among extensions, Courtney excels in blonding, creating beautiful artwork with every client who is lucky enough to sit in her chair.
When she’s not creating hair magic, Courtney enjoys quality time with her hubby and their adorable dog, Koda. This winter is extra special for her this year as she eagerly awaits the arrival of a new baby to her family. A Tooele County native, Courtney cherishes her close-knit family and the warmth of her hometown.

When she’s not working her magic in the salon, you can find EmmaLou hanging out with her sweet dog, Moo, and her loving fiancé, as they eagerly await the arrival of their baby girl this winter.
Since joining the Head Quarters family her confidence as a stylist has soared. She does exceptionally well with men’s cuts and lives in colors, turning every appointment into a work of art. She is working hard to master other services as each day brings her closer to an expert level.
As part of EmmaLou’s charm, you can often find her in the break room, filling the air with contagious laughter as she eats her favorite food group “JUNK FOOD”.
